NEW DOLLAR GENERAL TO ELOY?

So we stopped negotiating late last year with Dollar General on our I-10 and Toltec Rd site after they wanted too many restrictions on the rest of our site. Now we understand that they are in escrow on part of the Walton Intl frontage on Toltec just north of Circle K. Any intel?  Anybody?
