“Look not at the monthly starts, look at what is under construction!”

Let’s start with DR Horton’s least-attractive site Desert Sky, on the west side of town.

SURPRISE!!!!!  9 starts currently under construction.  Don’t know if they are sold or not.

Now look at Cottonwood Ranch:

Apparently they are building a new model complex on the northernmost lots, across from an elementary school.

And here is Tamaron, probably the most upscale of the three subdivisions:

Over at Meritage’s Mission Royale, they are apparently going nuts:

One would hope they are starting a product to compete with Robson Ranch’s Lock and Leave.
